New Moon Yoga Nidra at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House for a New Moon Yoga Nidra Gathering. We are delighted to have Gaby Colletta (she/hers), Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation Teacher, guide us through an evening of ritual, intention setting, and meditation aligned with the energy of the New Moon.

In this workshop, we will explore the ancient practice of subtle body healing and conscious creation in the state of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra translates to ‘Yogic Sleep.' Through meditation, intentional relaxation and visualization, we not only connect to the innate healing wisdom of our bodies but we also sow the seeds for what we call into being.

The evening will include:

• New Moon Sankalpa Intention Setting & Journaling
• A brief discussion of the Yoga Nidra practice & its’ benefits
• Guided Yoga Nidra session

Make your ritual space cozy with a pillow, a blanket and any support to practice laying down. Come with curiosity, an open heart and a journal.

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of their ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

• Your favorite journal
• Water or tea
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cozy blanket, crystals, candles, incense, etc)

About Your Guide:

Gaby is a Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation Teacher with over 12 years of practice in integrative wellness and healing arts. She facilitates nature-based retreats, guides mind-body courses and coaches individuals on how to create an ecosystem of internal resources that increase resilience and unveil intrinsic potential. Her teachings weave together Ancient traditions of Ayurveda, Tibetan Buddhism and Tantra, alongside modern-day neuroscience, somatic psychology and Earth wisdom. Gaby guides womxn’s circles and intentional collaborations committed to cultivating spaces of vulnerability, discovery, authentic expression and liberation. Through the tapestry of mind-body practices, Gaby shares tools for deeper intimacy and understanding one’s intuitive abilities, mental power and pathways to freedom.

Gaby holds a B.A. in Communication from New York University. She received her Ayurvedic training at the California College of Ayurveda with additional study under Dr. Lad and Dr. Svoboda. Gaby is faculty of the Lakshmi Rising School of Yoga and Wellness, a Masters Candidate for Integral Counseling Psychology at the CIIS and co-founder of ClimbWell, an organization devoted to exploring the intersection of rock climbing, mindfulness and personal development.
