About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for a New Moon Yoga Nidra Gathering. We are delighted to have Gaby Colletta (she/hers), Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation Teacher, guide us through an evening of ritual, intention setting, and meditation aligned with the energy of the New Moon.
In this workshop, we will explore the ancient practice of subtle body healing and conscious creation in the state of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra translates to ‘Yogic Sleep. Through meditation, intentional relaxation and visualization, we not only connect to the innate healing wisdom of our bodies but we also sow the seeds for what we call into being.
The evening will include:
New Moon Sankalpa Intention Setting & Journaling
A brief discussion of the Yoga Nidra practice & its’ benefits
Guided Yoga Nidra session
