About the Event
Join us at Manifest House for a Nervous System Care: a Somatic Practice with Marisela Rosales, to guide you through tuning in and tending to your nervous system through intuitive somatic practices. Each class is curated to center, ground, and mobilize energy in the present moment. You’ll be guided with a variety of practices including movement, meditation, and breathwork. This class is for all bodies and all levels of body awareness. Modifications will be suggested so that all bodies can participate..
What You'll Need:
Quiet and comfortable place to tune in
Something comfortable to sit, stand, or lay down on (yoga mat, blanket, comfortable chair etc.)
Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cup of tea, crystals, candles, incense, etc).
