About the Event

Meet us at Manifest House for Ayurvedic Rituals for Spring Wellness, a 90 min workshop guided by Gaby Colletta (she/hers), Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Together we'll explore the seasonal rituals and self-care practices that promote emotional resilience and physical vitality for Spring. Learn how to manage your energy and integrate simple practices that support your body’s innate ability to heal and renew.

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old wisdom and sister-science to yoga that offers a holistic approach to health in mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the laws of Nature, it recognizes that cultivating balance is part of a dynamic ecosystem of relationships. When one is in right relationship (to one’s senses, to food and nourishment, to mental narratives and belief systems, to community and loved ones, to dharma or ultimately to one higher Self)  the individual can thrive and tap into their fullest potential.

Through the art of refined awareness, Ayurveda reveals the subtle ways to manage one’s energy and promote an environment of integration and health. It is a body of wisdom that reconnects us to intuition and empowers self-healing through daily practice, diet, lifestyle, and ritual. All are welcome and no prior experience with Ayurveda needed.

This workshop also comes with a complimentary pre-recorded vinyasa practice for Kapha season. If you aren't able to attend the live event, a recording will be provided to those who RSVP.
